Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and images of the received product are shared over WhatsApp within that window.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of a wrong product being sent or a manufacturing defect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We are a small operation and cannot absorb reverse logistics costs for discretionary returns.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment source. Contact us over WhatsApp with your order number to initiate.
