1. 7-Day Size Exchange & Defect Protection
Applicable strictly for mis-sized items and manufacturing/shipping defects.
- Size Mismatch: Shoes are too tight or too loose on your feet.
- Manufacturing Flaw: Stitching tears or sole separation upon unboxing.
- Incorrect Model: In the rare event of an incorrect shoe style sent.
- Worn outdoor shoes with scuffed, dirty, or creased soles.
- Requests initiated after the 7-day delivery window.
- Discretionary “change of mind” returns.
How to Initiate a 7-Day Size Exchange:

- Share a clear continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package, showing the unworn sole, shoebox, and tags.
- Our Kanpur vault crew verifies against our pre-dispatch dispatch footage, confirms your replacement size, and coordinates India Post exchange dispatch.
